Group Fitness Boxing Training
Group Fitness Boxing Training at Redlynch Boxing Fitness is offered during the week at specific times. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited and often run at capacity. Groups are capped at 10 people per session so that attention to detail and service can be given to clients.
Due to the nature of the sessions and the 1 hour time frame, it is necessary to allow Ken to assess the fitness levels of client in a Private session prior to allowing the clients to join the group sessions. Ken takes the opportunity to teach clients the basics of boxing to allow the client to feel comfortable when they join a group session. Ken will also take the opportunity to consider and talk to clients about their specific needs and goals and injury management prior to them joining group sessions.

– 10 minute warm up/stretch/introduction of session routine and exercise format
