The Redlynch Boxing Fitness Training Method and Ideology
At Redlynch Boxing Fitness, boxing is taught in a purpose built boxing gym environment. The number one reoccurring lesson in boxing is that a fighter’s level of fitness is king. Inside the ring fitness conditioning must take precedence over all other things including skill. Time and time again you see will superior skilled fighters dominate in the early stages of a fight, only to fade in the latter rounds of the fight due to poor conditioning and ultimately lose. A fighter must train specifically and be superbly conditioned. He or she must be prepared to face the “acid test” of fighting the full duration of his contest and have superior endurance and mental conditioning over his opponent to win.
With this ideology in mind, training at Redlynch Boxing Fitness is based on the same concept as pre-fight boxing conditioning. You are in a boxing gym environment and the training sessions incorporate boxing based training techniques, both the old and the new.
Ken has the ability to innovate new exercising techniques that are both challenging and fundamental for fitness conditioning. Similarly Ken takes old style exercise and reinvents it to add an interesting twist to your training session.
