Personal Training (PT)
Redlynch Boxing Fitness offers a full range of services and is perfect for anyone interested in Personal Training (PT).
(PT) Sessions can be held for 60 minutes or 30 minutes with no more than 3 people in the group. The sessions will include a warm up, intense and personalised training session aimed at complimenting any other physical activity undertaken so that the most benefit is obtained. The session is completed with a warm down and stretching exercises. Fitness and Health assessments are periodically carried out during PT sessions and can be pre-arranged or may be impromptu just to ensure that you are maintaining and achieving your fitness goals. Often it is essential to re-visit goals.
Bookings are essential
